Mike Rodgers

Commercial Lines Account Executive | Portland, OR

Mike joined JD Fulwiler in February 2021 and specializes in entertainment, transportation, cannabis and construction accounts. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in the Pacific Northwest. Mike works primarily out of the Portland, OR office but is also in the Vancouver, WA office weekly. He is currently working on his Associate in Risk Management, ARM, designation.

Little Known Fact | Mike was a semi-professional tennis player after college from 1991-1992. He is an avid runner, married to his wife Danielle, and they have three children.

Becky Harding, CPCU

Becky joined JD Fulwiler in 1999 and specializes in insurance for work truck manufacturers, distributors and trailer dealers in addition to other commercial industries. As our Director of Association Programs, she works closely with the NTEA (National Truck Equipment Association) and the NTDA (National Trailer Dealer Association) to provide association members and the industry with customized insurance solutions. Becky has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and maintains a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting designation, CPCU. 

Little Known Fact | Becky was a vocal jazz major at Cornish College of the Performing Arts.

Todd Erickson, CIC

Commercial Lines Account Executive | Portland, OR

A University of Oregon graduate with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, Todd joined JD Fulwiler in 2003. Todd specializes in construction insurance and insurance programs for wineries.

Nicole Lovette

Nicole joined JD Fulwiler in 2017 with over 12 years in the industry. She specializes in nonprofit organizations. When out of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Trevor and their two kids.

Dave Crowe

Dave joined JD Fulwiler in 1996 with a strong background in finance. As a previous vice-president of a local bank, he obtained the knowledge and expertise in insuring financial institutions. While managing the banks’ commercial insurance operations he consulted and placed property and casualty insurance products for commercial customers.

Today, Dave represents over 25 financial institutions across the United States. His goals in business are simple – “do my very best at all times and actually do what I say I’m going to do with the challenges presented before me.”

Nancy Rohde, CIC

Nancy joined JD Fulwiler in 2011 and specializes in insurance for the hospitality industry. With over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry, Nancy also has background in working with special events, entertainment, nonprofits and private schools. Nancy is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science in english literature and woman’s studies and maintains a Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC designation.

Angela Pitsul

Angela joined JD Fulwiler in 2023 with a strong background in finance, sales and customer service. She specializes in insurance solutions for the transportation industry. She enjoys building long lasting relationships and finding the right solutions that meet the goals for each of her clients.

Patrick McTiernan

Patrick McTiernan returned to JD Fulwiler in June 2025 with over two decades of experience in commercial insurance. A proud Portland State graduate, he specializes in supporting clients in the hospitality industry, general contracting, and wineries. 

Little Known Fact | Patrick is a passionate cinephile with two film degrees and a love for all things wine. At home, he enjoys life with his dog and constant companion, Emma Jean Coco.

Adrian Rivas

Commercial Lines Account Executive | Portland, OR

Adrian joined JD Fulwiler in 2026 with a diverse sales background across automotive, HCM, and insurance. After starting in automotive sales and moving into leadership, he transitioned to Paychex, where he focused on small to enterprise HCM solutions and built strong partnerships with CPAs and brokers. He now focuses on growing long-term client relationships in insurance.

Adrian has also developed a strong focus on the healthcare and fitness sectors, influenced by his wife’s work in the autism community and his experience as a CrossFit coach. He joined JD Fulwiler for its collaborative culture and opportunities for creative growth.

Little Known Fact | Adrian is a CrossFit coach, avid fisherman, and loyal Boston sports fan. When he’s not on the water fishing for salmon or trout from his kayak, he and his wife travel annually to Norway to visit family in the Arctic Circle.

Denis Willis

Denis joined JD Fulwiler in 2026 and specializes in Accident & Health insurance as well as nonprofit organizations. As an active member of the American Camp Association, he also brings a dedicated focus to supporting camps of all types and sizes. His experience spans a wide range of clients, from small mom‑and‑pop operations to Fortune 500 companies and he approaches each with the same level of care, urgency, and expertise.

Little Known Fact | Before entering the insurance world, Denis spent more than 20 years as a flight attendant, a career that took him from his hometown of Eugene, Oregon to nearly every corner of the globe. He’s visited six continents and more than 70 countries, carrying with him a deep appreciation for people, cultures, and connection.

Teresa Clarke, CIC

Teresa joined JD Fulwiler in 2010 and specializes in small business insurance. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1992 and has maintained a Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC) since 2000.

Since joining JD Fulwiler in 2020, Amanda has worked in commercial surety, specializing in Court Bonds, both litigation and probate.

Scott Carver

A graduate of University of Oregon with over 15 years of insurance experience, Scott joined JD Fulwiler in 2014. He specializes in life and disability insurance planning: personal needs, business needs, key person, buy-sell funding, estate planning, and business continuation. Scott and his wife, Jen, have two daughters, Olivia and Sophia.

Hannah Chapman

Marketing Coordinator | Vancouver, WA

Hannah joined JD Fulwiler in February 2026, with two years of marketing experience.  She supports JDF marketing efforts including carrier appetite data, social media management, event planning, and more. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University Vancouver in Humanities, where she worked for the Student Activities Board, assisting with marketing and organizing campus events for students and staff.

Little Known Fact | She was involved in a lot of activities in high school including tennis, volleyball, playing the flute in band, and learning American Sign Language. In her free time, she enjoys taking photos on her Canon digital camera and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
